Account security is a shared responsibility. Clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, OTPs, card PINs, and any associated security features. The bank shall not be held responsible for unauthorized transactions resulting from customer negligence, phishing, malware, or compromised devices.
Dispute resolution will follow internal review procedures and, if unresolved, may be escalated to the Banking Ombudsman or appropriate financial regulators in New York and Monaco and Ireland.
